My plan for saving rock and roll

No other human area of discipline has been so abandoned to the vagaries of the marketplace as rock and roll. No other major area of human endeavor has been so shunned by all of public education. No other domain which has brought such glory and renown to America has been left so bereft of organization and public resources. This has left rock bands and artists continually vulnerable to the most predatory elements within the rock industry. It has also resulted in a decline in the quality of new bands and new rock songs.
Rock bands and artists are being starved at the grassroots level from any way to make a living through performance and recording of their original compositions. Rock bands and artists at the top level of the rock industry are compelled to weaponize their art against their own audiences by allowing it to be used for mind control and social engineering and enslavement.
I am offering a way of permanently reversing the suppression of rock and roll, which has heretofore taken place via systematic and malicious non-support, as well as due to a religious argument between the satanic oligarchs that control the rock industry, and the children of light, who have produced the greatest body of artistic work the world has ever seen.
Satanists posing as followers of Christ have painted rock as the devil's music in order to discredit and demonize it. This is due to the inherent threat posed by rock to the status quo of the global oligarchs. In addition, many rockers have adopted satanism for various reasons, but in any case, doing so has generally furthered their own careers. Meanwhile, the gatekeepers of the rock and roll industry are sold out to the oligarchs and the satanic secret societies, and demonically rape, exploit and assassinate rock artists with impunity.
The prophetic, liberating and ecstatic voice of rock has been replaced by a materialistic and self-interested and loveless fake version of rock. To save rock and roll from this fate, we must reclaim live all ages rock and roll events as a vital form of "sacred commons", and collectively command its existence in all of our communities. Doing so will help build the bonds of cooperative community everywhere, through the universal and global medium of rock and roll.
Rock bands and artists, like all humans under our hijacked system of America, Inc., are chattel, or corporate property, to be used and disposed of by the oligarchs. We are all American Slaves, still living on the reservation. The core essence of rock is to help free people from this negative matrix - not further enslave them.
In order to save rock, we need to re-build the rock infrastructure city-by-city, based on channeling public support and resources through non-profit cooperatively owned entities to meet the needs of rock bands and the general public welfare. These entities will exist in parallel with the legacy corrupt rock infrastructure, until the latter is fully replaced.
Every city in the United States may develop non-profit, cooperatively and locally owned entities in the following areas:
1. record labels (in the spirit of Sub Pop, Lookout, SST)
2. local weekly music press (Which are mandated to review large numbers of local live rock shows and record releases, as well as provide comprehensive calendars of all local live rock shows. Create a serious body of critical commentary about local rock and nightlife culture.)
3. free rehearsal spaces for rock bands and artists.
4. all ages rock clubs (in the spirit of Gilman st. in Berkeley and, architecturally, the old Paradise Lounge in S.F.)
5. A durable cultural commons and archival system which documents live shows via video and audio multi-track recordings, as well as through aggregating all official rock band record releases in the region. Protects and leverages the output of local rock bands as vital cultural memory in order to extend the power and credibility of rock and roll everywhere.
6. rock and roll schools (rockers should also be able to generate income easily as teachers, and be encouraged to learn how to teach.) GURM must do the outreach necessary to get every public elementary school, middle school, high school and college in America to include rock music instruction, rock history and rock business training, as well as live performances.
7. free legal advocacy for rock bands and artists.
8. free tour support and management assistance.
9. recording studios for bands and artists.
10. Local rock TV channels 24/7.
The GURM will drive the cultural redevelopment of rock and roll in every city in America by creating these 10 types of businesses in every city. This will generate the infrastructure necessary to provide for full employment of rock bands nationwide, as well as provide the means for an increasing percentage of the population to be able to live sustainably as artists.
This will make it possible for youth and families to participate fully in a cultural commons built around live rock music in every city. It will make it possible for youth to network directly with other youth, and provide each other with the means of mutual cooperative empowerment. The power of youth culture and the power of rock and roll will thus be allowed to merge in a holy union that can never again be harmed or held back by the illuminati gatekeepers of the entertainment industry.
The GURM will draw together many different financing sources for bands and artists and humane rock infrastructure in every city.
Outstanding goals of the GURM -
Full employment for rock bands.
Full control of copyrights, intellectual property and musical masters for bands and writers.
Living wage for artists.
Reparations for past crimes against artists (Buddy Holly, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Prince, Chuck Berry, Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain, Chris Cornell, Chester Bennington, etc. etc.)
The removal of all fear of lack of financial support for artists and musicians and bands.
Other issues -
The restoration of dedicated music listening hardware, and sculpturally encoded music media. Artistically substantial and tactile forms of music media and packaging must be re-established in the rock industry. The greatness of rock and roll has to be re-enobled by the quality of the physical music media, the physical music hardware that plays it, and the music packaging that protects and glorifies it.
The GURM (Global Union of Radical Musicians) will have guidance and support from the FURM (Free Union of Renunciate Messengers). This plan supports a cooperative, humane, non-violent and prior unity based approach to rock and roll's salvation.
Empowering youth is the core mandate of All Ages House Concerts and all activities within this plan to save rock and roll.
Oakland must have a sustainable bionomy style all ages rock club that has a built-in green house for food growing and temperature regulation, multiple rooms, and an outdoor area with palm trees.
Labor statistics for artists - getting more people to be artists, bands and musicians.
One trillion dollars for arts and culture in the United States. This will pay for the all ages rock infrastructure in every city, and be managed by the GURM, under the guidance and auspices of the Globacl Cooperative Forum and the FURM.
