"Light in everybody" - A New Year's letter from Theo Cedar Jones - 2013
Hello everybody,
I wanted to share with you those things that I think can bring the
most Light to the world, and have the most positive impact on the most people.
These are my universal health recommendations, a list of what I think are the
most important things for everybody to know or do, for the sake of our health,
happiness, healing, sustainability and liberation in 2012 and beyond.

The raw/vegan/superfood diet
If there is one positive change everybody in the world can make
right now that would increase human health and happiness it would be to change
our diet in the following way: away from meat, wheat flour, refined sugar and
cooked foods, and toward a raw/vegan/superfood diet. (See grocery list and Kale
chips recipe in the footnotes of this letter.)
I can confess that since I have moved to a more than 50% raw/vegan/superfood diet, I feel more energy and
clarity and equanimity than I ever have. I experience age-reversal effects in my
skin and body weight. I believe that this diet could do more to reduce deaths
caused by heart disease, obesity, diabetes and inflammation based illnesses than
any other change, thus making an enormous improvement in our quality of life,
and reduction of health care expenditures.
The raw/vegan/superfood diet would also reduce cruelty to animals, and reduce the degradation to the
environment caused by meat production. Improving the lives of animals is a sure
way to let more Light in to the world.
Perelandra Flower Essences
I have been using Perelandra Flower Essences for over fifteen years. After I began using them I experienced
an amazing reduction in the number of times I got sick, as well as a reduction
in the severity of illnesses when they did happen. I went from having two or
three colds a year, to one or none. I remember many occasions of beginning to

Neuro Emotional Therapy with Dr. Thomas Bloink
I will share with you now one of the most dramatic healing “secrets”in my life. On two occasions, I
underwent a short series of treatments from one of the premier practitioners of
Neuro Emotional Therapy in the world, Dr. Thomas Bloink.
When I first saw him I was suffering from emotional issues originating in childhood that were
threatening my ability to be in happy, loving, trusting relationships as an
adult. All of us carry baggage that needs healing, understanding and resolution.

Read the book Not-Two Is Peace.
This is the most important universal health recommendation on my list. Why? Because the book
Not-Two Is Peace book is the only idea on the planet that can help the human race prevent
mass self-destruction. Mass self-destruction is the one over-riding public
health concern that supercedes all others, because all of our best efforts to
improve life on earth could be cancelled out if we don’t deal with the most
serious threat on planet earth, which is human ego and ego culture.
The ego of each human being is creating the darkness in the world today, including all of the wars, slavery,
genocide and totalitarianism. The book Not-Two Is Peace offers the alternative
to ego culture, which is a new culture for humanity based on prior unity,

I strongly feel that every human on earth should read Not-Two Is Peace, and if they are so moved, participate in a

haven for humanity and planet earth, and wake up to the fact that we are all one
indivisible human family.

The Light-in-everybody celebration
Every year around the Winter Solstice, we celebrate a universal holiday, called the
Light-in-everybody.
Adi Da wrote, “Light is fundamental in human experience and aspiration and meaning. Because of this, it
is suitable to be associated with a universal celebration every year. It would
be useful for there to be a global public celebration that is about fundamental
social unity, positiveness, and cooperation – without being exclusively
associated with any particular existing tradition or traditions.
People from particular religious and cultural traditions would be free to use the essential symbols and
meaning-elements of their own traditions in their participation in this
celebration – while, nevertheless, openly and entirely preserving the universal
and non-separatist feeling of the celebration in the pluralistic social
(and secular) domain.”
Our celebrations of Light-in-everybody happen on or near the Winter Solstice and consist of reading
out loud from Not-Two Is Peace, sharing good news of art and activism inspired
by prior unity, sharing gifts of talent and performance and art, engaging in
participatory prior unity exercises, sharing a diversity of traditions and
faiths, and networking on behalf of a new global culture of cooperation,
tolerance and peace.

The Raw/Vegan/Superfood diet includes the following (All organic):
a) Spinach

Recipe of the year: Raw Kale chips
- 2 heads of organic
Kale
- 6 oz.Goddess dressing
- 2/3 cup Nutritional yeast
- 4 sprays of
Bragg’s Aminos
- 6 oz. Water
Remove kale stems from leaves by hand. Squirt leaves with Bragg’s. Dump the Goddess dressing and
nutritional yeast on top of the leaves in a big bowl. Knead ingredients together
by hand. Lay out ingredients on racks in your food dehydrator or oven at 115
degrees for two to three hours or until done.
Kale chips are some of the tastiest eating you can find. They are a good substitute for beef jerky, potato
chips, corn chips, and other savory snacks. Kale is rated 1000 on the ANDI
scale, the most nutritious food by this measure, and over 40%
protein.
